Producer: Nadal

Glera Frizzante from Nadal in Veneto is a great way to add bubbles to your day.

Harvest: The grapes are harvested in the first half of September.

Vineyard: These grapes are grown on a clayey soil with a gravelly substrate which is rich in minerals.

Production: Soft crushing of the grape is followed by the vinification with selected yeastes at controlled temperature of 16-17℃. Refermentation follows in an autoclave with the Charmat method vats.

Nadal wines are a product of excellence that implies knowledge, skills, places, flavours and narration. There is a lot of effort behind the final product and as often happens where mastery and effort are needed, there is also poetry. Our wines  consist of places, people, landscapes, tastes and traditions and this is what we want to share.
