Sassicaia 2015 chosen as best wine of the world for Wine Spectator

As usual during the month of November the world wide wine editor Wine Spectator select the top 100 wine of the year from the ones reviewed up to date. The 2018 selection has seen winning the Sassicaia 2015 with a score of 97 points. Since the wine from Tenuta San Guido has been chosen, the request has risen and of course the price saw a 25% increase worldwide. Our stock for this vintage is very limited (as usual for the Sassicaia to be honest) but if you can afford it you are still in time to put your hands on this bottle here and enjoy a lovely Christmas!. Nice to mention that also our historic supplier Tabarrini made the top 100 with their Montefalco Sagrantino Colle alle Macchie, which received a stunning 95 points and was selected as 96th wine of 2018.
