Usually, the olive harvest lasts a month between the end of October and the end of November. The whole process with the olives is made within a few hours from harvesting, in a cold extraction in an organic-certified mill to produce an olive oil with unique colours.
Mò Mò No.2. has a poor fluidity, clean, and pale green with bright reflections. It is fruity with enveloping scents, a delicate flavour with tones of almonds and thistle.
