THE PRODUCER : Ettore Galasso
With the passing of years and generations, passion and determination are never missed. The experience of the past has continued with family dedication. Ettore has emphasised technological innovation, gaining both grape harvest and wine production. Coming from northern Italy, the Galasso family settled in Abruzzo in the late 17th century.
Production: The grapes undergo a light pressing and afterwards are conveyed to stainless steel tanks where they ferment without any contact with the skins at controlled temperature.
Nose: Intense and fruity with traces of yellow fruit.
Taste: Savoury, soft and well balanced on the palate. It is delicious with sea food and fish.
