Production: The grapes are harvested in the first half of September and they undergo non aggressive destemming and pressing, followed by fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for 15 to 20 days.
Aging: The wine is aged for 6 months in unglazed cement vats.
Nose: There is a winning and fragrant scent of red berries.
Taste: Fresh and winy with sweet hints of red berries and a likeable personality.
