Aging: in terracotta amphorae of 450 and 700 liters.
Nose: Fragrant, harmonious, notes of white flowers, bitter almonds, citrus and sweet spices.
Taste: Decisive, soft, enveloping, with excellent nose-to-mouth correspondence and savouriness
