THE PRODUCER : Fattoria di Magliano
Production: The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and they undergo non aggressive destemming, cryomaceration and pressing, followed by fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for 20 to 25 days. The wine is then aged on fine lees.
Colour: The Pagliatura Maremma Toscana Vermentino organic DOC has a pale, bright yellow colour.
Nose: Floral and citrus scents with hints of white peach and pear.
Taste: Fresh, intense and long lasting.
