Aging: 12-18 months in 5-10 hl tonneaux, then an additional 6-8 months in the bottle.
Harvest time: Hand-harvested in the last week in October – beginning of November
Production The grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed, then the must macerates 15-20 days on the skins at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C.
Nose: Rich aromas of wild berry fruit and subtle notes of vanilla.
Taste Smooth and warm in the mouth, it features superb structure, delicate balance, long-lingering aromas and flavours.
