THE PRODUCER: Rainoldi
Aging: 20 months in Slavonian oak casks and at least 9 in bottle.
Growing location: Between 300 and 550 meters above sea level, in a silty sandy soil.
Vinification: Slow fermentation with maceration in steel tanks
Nose: Fine and complex bouquet with notes of currant, walnut, black pepper and alpine herbs.
Taste: Fresh, harmonious and persistent.
