THE PRODUCER : Castello di Monsanto

Vinification: Temperature controlled vinification in stainless steel conical-trunk vats with rack and pumping over techniques for 18/20 days.

Aging: 18/20 Months maturation, partly in 500 LT French oak barrels and partly in 225 LT barriques. 2 years in bottle before release.
