Aging: Around 4 months in stainless steel tanks.

Harvest time: Hand picking mid September.

Nose: Very fruity with hints of red berries (cherries, blackberries).

Taste: It has a rich flavour, with the typical acidity of Nero d’Avola and with a long finish.
